I am a new cnc operator.I only have about 6 months on the machine. We use a northwood with alfa cam software.the tools we use are ADI high speed.my problem is the ogee wont run at the speed they tell me it will.I brought in my 45 hogger as far as possible but there is still about .5 of an inch of material towards the bottom of the stone that position 1 of the profile bits have to take off.I have to wind up taking 2 sometimes 3 passes with position 1 to get it to the shape of the profile, depending on which ogee i am running.   is this normal? should I get a new 45 hogger? Do I need a new position 1?       ANY advise would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!
